An incredible human being, an important human being, and the embodiment of what a human being should be, Russell passed away at the age of 88. Every generation will feel his impact. He lived through the most vitriol and racism while blazing a path for every sport, not just basketball.
“He was THE Boston Celtic,” Camello said. He changed the game.
There are few basketball legends who genuinely continued to show love to the current generation of basketball talent like Russell always did.

The incredible Vin Scully, legendary voice of the Los Angeles Dodgers, has passed away. He wasn’t just the voice of the Dodgers; he was the voice of Los Angeles. He left a lasting imprint in the world of sports broadcasting. There are generations from the past and present who grew up with his voice. Dodger fans and baseball fans will make sure future generations know who this wonderful man was.
We lost many other legends as well. Trailblazing icon Nichelle Nichols, the incredible Paul Sorvino, and Tony Dow who played Wally Cleaver in the show “Leave It To Beaver.”
Lakers superstar Russell Westbrook has signed with a new agency, and hired Jeff Schwartz as his agent. Will someone take on Westbrook’s contract or will he eventually get bought out? The saga continues.
