2022 Merge Awards Honor Romeo Miller, Suzanne de Passe, James Dubose, And Others In Southern California

BEVERLY HILLS, CA — The 13th Annual Merge Awards descended upon the Beverly Hilton with an emphasis in honoring the current generation of influencers while inspiring many talents in television, film, music and more for the culture. Several entertainers graced that include honorees Romeo Miller, Suzanne de Passe, actress Essence Atkins (Half and Half, Marlon), Jalyn Hall (CW All-American, Till, Bruiser), AJ Johnson (House Party, Baby Boy), DJ Mal-ski, Morgan DeBaun (owner of AfroTech, Blavity), Dave Brown (Indie Night Film Festival), to name a few.

PJ Morton, Charles D. King and Stacey Walker King (MACRO), Israel Houghton, Adam Blackstone, James Dubose (FOX Soul), Angelica Nwandu (Founder, The Shade Room) and Stephanie Ike (Co-Founder of The Same Room) who were also honored for their contribution towards the culture and entertainment.

MC Lyte was the host of the 2022 Merge Awards, along with legendary casting director Robi Reed, and Merge Awards founder Dr. Holly Carter were also in attendance.
