ATLANTA, GA — One half of the iconic group Outkast, Andre3000 born Andre Benjamin, continues to pursue his acting career despite taking a step back from music. The lyrical emcee is set to appear in a new film “Showing Up“.
He’s made appearances in several films including Four Brothers, Idlewild, and the Jimi Hendrix biopic.
According to Deadline, ‘Showing Up‘ is written and directed by Kelly Reichardt and Jon Raymond, the role of Andre3000 has yet to be revealed at this time.
