LOS ANGELES — Less than two months after filing for divorce, Cardi B has made the decision to dismiss her divorce from Migos rapper, Offset.
Shortly after filing in early September, rumors of reconciliation began to circulate after Cardi B and Offset were spotted getting cozy at her 28th birthday party in Las Vegas in October.
Offset also put his love for Cardi B on full display with a birthday tribute that he posted on Instagram and gifted his wife a brand new Rolls Royce truck.
During an Instagram Live on Oct. 13, Cardi B shared why she ultimately decided to reconcile with Offset.
“It’s hard not to talk to your best friend. It’s really hard not to talk to your best friend,” Cardi B said.
The two also spent Halloween together with their daughter Kulture who made an appearance on Cardi’s Instagram sporting a Wonder Woman costume.
Cardi B and Offset both documented their Halloween festivities on Instagram, where Cardi channeled the famous “Marvel” character, Scarlet Witch and Offset paid homage to Jim Carrey’s 1994 film “The Mask.”
The couple secretly wed in Sept. 2017 but previously split in Dec. 2018 after cheating rumors surrounding Offset began to circulate.
Ultimately, they decided to give their relationship another shot and were all smiles at the 2019 Grammy’s where Cardi B took home her first Grammy for Best Rap Album.
Despite their ups and downs, Cardi B and Offset have continued to defend their relationship. In an August 2020 interview with People magazine, Cardi B spoke on her marriage and described her relationship as one that was filled with love despite the rumors that alleged otherwise.
“I do know that my relationship has a lot of drama and everything,” she said. “But there’s a lot of love, there’s a lot of passion, there’s a lot of trust, there’s a big friendship. It’s always us against the world.”
