COSTA MESA, CA – The Los Angeles Chargers look to rebound from Sunday’s loss to the Denver Broncos and preparing for their upcoming game against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday night, running back Melvin Gordon took time to wish the Los Angeles Dodgers well along his good friend Gavin Lux.
Gordon said he’s known the Dodgers rookie for quite some time and have close family ties to along with their friendship.
“My boy Gavin is over there, so I’m supporting them,” Gordon said smiling. “Good luck Gavin if you’re hearing this.”
Gordon filmed a commercial for Lids a couple of months ago, and surprisingly ended the commercial with a Dodgers jersey on.
The Dodgers face the Washington Nationals on Wednesday evening in a crucial winner take all Game 5 of the NLDS at Dodger Stadium.
