CARSON, CA – In the Los Angeles Chargers final game at Dignity Health Sports Park, the team suffered a season sweep at the hands of their AFC West rival Oakland Raiders 24-17 on Sunday afternoon.
The Chargers maintained their willingness to fight one more game to finish the season with a win against Kansas City next week, however they expressed their disappointment with a loss against the Raiders.
The bigger question remains will Philip Rivers play football next season and if so for whom?
“Yes I want to continue playing football,” Rivers said.
He also expressed that they’re a lot of emotions and that he’ll be making that decision in the next several weeks regarding his future. He also reiterated that it’s not solely his decision.
