INGLEWOOD, CA – On a cold Tuesday morning, the Los Angeles Chargers warmed the hearts of the second and third graders at Bennett-Kew Elementary, with a holiday prize for the ages. Several students competed in an essay contest and those winning students were rewarded with a new bike.
Seven students won bikes based upon their incredible essays, but the ultimate surprise was when it was announced that the team had one more bike to give away. That one more bike turned out to be one order of bikes that were distributed to every student in the building.
