LOS ANGELES, CA — Many of NASCAR’s driver had an opportunity to practice on the upcoming quarter-mile track laid out inside the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum on Saturday morning. 23XI racing Bubba Wallace was excited for the sport to travel into Los Angeles in order for the sport to grow in different environments.
NASCAR coming to the city of Los Angeles was imperative to showcase and grow in a multi-cultural market that isn’t accustom to the sport. On Sunday a performance by Pitbull who happened to be an owner of an NASCAR team and Ice Cube had the crowd rocking during an intermission of the race at the L.A. Coliseum. Many new to the sport seemed to be intrigued and more interested in the drivers such as Bubba Wallace, Kurt Busch, Kyle Busch, and Denny Hamlin to name a few.
Joey Logano led the final 35 laps to emerge as the winner of the Clash At Coliseum event, and picked up his second victory of the NASCAR season.
