NEW YORK CITY, NY– After making a recent comment appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show,” Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers once again spoke on the latest round of COVID-19 in regards to the Omicron variant that continues to plague our world daily. Rodgers continues to spread ignorance and continue his ongoing battle with scientific research and analysis dealing with the current variant.
However, on Wednesday morning, ESPN reporter and analyst Dominique Foxworth decided to respond to the comments made by Rodgers concerning COVID-19 and Rodgers playing the “victim role” the past several weeks.
Foxworth made sure his voice was heard loud and clear on ESPN’s “Get Up.”
“Brian Gutekunst has loaded that defense with players. He’s protected Aaron Rodgers with a great offensive line. He’s got A.J. Dillon, a running attack that supports Aaron Rodgers. He’s got Aaron Rodgers a true No. 1 receiver, not No. 1 on the team, No. 1 in the league. All this is happening and he’s still like ‘Nah, I’m good, because you drafted that quarterback one time and it hurt my feelings, and you let one of my slot receivers go one time. We’ve got to get Randall Cobb back.’ Like, it seems kind of outrageous.”
“This, combined with the misinformation that he’s putting out, it just feels like he has this victim complex, that he wants everyone to feel sorry for him. He’s like ‘No, everyone’s jumping down my throat because I said something that was vastly against science and dangerous! Why are you so mean to me?! I just want to have a debate! Oh, this team won’t do all the things that I want! Why are you so mean to me, why do you treat me so bad?’”
“You are not the victim, Aaron Rodgers!“
Foxworth makes an incredible point and many in the real life and the social media space can truly appreciate that.
Rodgers is arguably one of the greatest quarterbacks we’ve witnessed in the modern era not named Tom Brady, winning multiple MVPs and has always been a terrific player on the field.
However, as he continues to argue against science and medicine, many are tuning Rodgers out and wished he would just educate himself on this serious and deadly virus. The Packers are 38-9 and have appeared in two conference finals games in the last three seasons, and are one of the favorites to make it to the Super Bowl this year in Los Angeles.
Yet it still isn’t enough for Rodgers, who continues to spew venom at the front office, and can’t handle the push back from fans who oppose his misinformed comments on COVID-19.
Rodgers lied about being vaccinated and continues to play the victim role and Foxworth had enough! Nas had a vicious diss “Ether” and as Foxworth spoke for over three minutes regarding Rodgers’ comments, you could hear the instrumental to that track being played in the background.
