LOS ANGELES, CA — Actor Kris D. Lofton (Jenard Sampson) on the highlight viewed series Power IV: Force on Starz, shared some exclusive subject that will be covered in the upcoming season starting September 1.
The action packed story line continues with Joseph Sikora (Tommy Eagen) who returns to Chicago in order to elevate his business arrangement with Issac Keys (Diamond Sampson) as the two embark upon new adventures, twist, and encounter new characters along their journey towards the top.
“Hopefully, my character doesn’t die, so I can’t get back to work, but it’s been a great man just learning from all of them, especially Joseph Sakura, our leader,” Lofton said.
Bringing the authenticity to this character is ultra important to this dedicated audience, as Lofton explained what he learned from veteran series actor Sikora during filming of the new season.
“I learned to take my time and stay true to your decisions on the first day of filming. You gotta stick with it, so be very intentional, and you can’t because you can always stay within it. So whatever he told me on the first day of filming, he was like all right, Chris whatever decisions you make, you can never stray away like you can’t just all of a sudden not be that anymore,” Lofton said.
The storyline will be ramped up and more intense as the season progresses between Diamond and Jenard’s fight for supremacy.
“It’s a crazy storyline, man, and it’s gonna get crazier in season two, to say the least, but I think it’s gonna be a resurrection if you will, like in a maybe a possible amends if not. I don’t know, but it’s definitely gonna be still that sibling rivalry that y’all love. “
It was also said by Lofton that Season 2 will explore the cartels from Mexico. According to him, imagine a “Power meets Norcos” type of atmosphere for the series. This new season of Force is surely dedicated to keeping the fans on the edge of their seats after episode desiring more.
Fans are also wondering if there will be an appearance from Michael Rainey Jr. (Tariq St. Patrick) and Gianni Paolo (Brayden Weston) who happen to be on the run after a war has been declared by the two against Monet (Mary J. Blige), her family, and Noma (Caroline Chikezie). Especially after Tariq encountered his ‘Uncle’ Tommy Eagen is season finale episode of Power Book II.
