From Dreams to Hollywood Spotlight, Chase Infiniti Shines at Elle’s Women In Hollywood
HOLLYWOOD, CA — Celebrating the power and impact of women in entertainment at Elle Magazine’s star-studded “Women In Hollywood” event was nothing short of spectacular. Amidst a constellation of industry giants, a refreshing new voice emerged, capturing hearts and turning heads in actress Chase Infiniti. Already making waves as a co-star in the highly anticipated film “One Battle After Another” alongside heavyweights like Leonardo DiCaprio and Teyana Taylor, Infiniti stepped into the spotlight herself as an honoree, graciously accepting the prestigious Ralph Lauren Spotlight Award.
Walking onto the stage, Infiniti’s genuine humility and palpable excitement were infectious.
“I truly love and appreciate you so much for being here,” she said, brimming with gratitude. “First off, thank you to Ralph Lauren and Elle for putting together this incredible evening and for including me amongst so many transformative and inspiring women. I’m so humbled to be here, and to be honest, it feels quite surreal.“
Her journey, she revealed, began far from the bright lights of Los Angeles, in a household in Indianapolis where creativity was king. “My parents exposed me and my sister to all different forms of art, from film to TV to plays to musicals.“
The pivotal moment, as it often is, arrived in the brightness of the stage lights.
“When I was ten (years old), my parents took me to see the National Tour of Grease at Clowes Memorial Hall. I remember after that show thinking, ‘I want to do that.‘”
She credited her parents, who never once hesitated helping her achieve her wildest dreams, and they didn’t make them seem all that wild.
Infiniti’s path wasn’t an overnight explosion onto the A-list of actors. Just three short years ago, she was honing her craft, studying musical theater at Columbia College in Chicago. Post-graduation, a role on an Apple TV+ show, Presumed Innocent, proved to be the life-changer. But even then, the nerves were real. She recalled how she pulled the incredible Ruth Negga aside to ask when she should deliver her lines.
Feeling completely in over her head, salvation came from director Ann Sawitsky, who invited Infiniti to observe on set any time.

“I jumped at the chance, and I came to set every day of that shoot, and I stood behind the monitors just watching, observing, and learning. I followed the costume department around. I followed the grips and then the DP. I soaked up as much as I could so that the next set I walked onto, I’d be more prepared.” She exemplified a masterclass in true dedication to her craft.
During the shoot for Presumed Innocent, an email arrived: an invitation to self-tape for a Paul Thomas Anderson project. Thinking little would come of it, she filmed it via Zoom with a college friend. Days later, the news hit, a callback with PTA himself. The pressure was immense, the secret hard to keep. She confided in the legendary Ruth Carter, who offered precisely the wisdom she needed, “‘Show up as myself.’ Show them what you bring to the table.”
Concluding her heartfelt speech, Infiniti’s awe at her surroundings was palpable.
“Had the absolute privilege of being surrounded by love, light, power, and sisterhood. It is wild to be 20 feet from so many actors I admire and whose work has immensely inspired me. Jennifer [Anniston], Emily [Blunt], Jessie, Renata, Rose, Teyana [Taylor], Hailey, Jamie, and Wumi, you’re all incredible. And I’m so freaked out that my name is just listed alongside yours.”
Her humility, her journey from small-town dreams to Hollywood’s big stage, and her genuine appreciation for the women who paved the way resonated deeply.
“Congratulations to everybody, and thank you, Nina Garcia and Ralph Lauren, for this honor. I’m so grateful to be a woman in Hollywood.”
With One Battle After Another creating considerable Oscar buzz alongside her talent, passion, and realistic viewpoint, anticipate that Chase Infiniti will leave a notable impression during the awards season – particularly as we prepare for the Academy Awards. This emerging star is not merely someone to observe; she is someone to support.
