LAWRENCE, KS – Kansas Jayhawks senior quarterback Jalon Daniels has been named to the prestigious Walter Camp Player of the Year Preseason Watch List, the Walter Camp Football Foundation announced.

Daniels is among 45 players recognized for their potential impact on the upcoming 2025 college football season. The watch list features 38 offensive players, comprised of 21 quarterbacks, 11 running backs, five receivers/tight ends, and one two-way player, as well as eight standout defensive players. He’s one of only four players from the Big 12 Conference to earn a spot on the preseason watch list.
