COSTA MESA, CA — The Los Angeles Chargers announced that they have come to terms on a four-year, $80 million extensions for the Pro Bowl wide receiver.
Allen has started 82 of his 86 games played for the team since being drafted in 2013.
To date for his career Allen has 524 receptions, 6,405 receiving yards and 34 receiving touchdowns. Last season he finished with an impressive 104 receptions. Allen has four 1,000 yard seasons and is just getting started.
When he returned to camp he looked to be in the best shape and raring to go. Earlier he felt slighted by the NFL’s ranking of 77 in their top 100 players list. However with that news, be sure to watch Allen have a breakout year for the Bolts and continue to show why he is one of the top receivers in the league.
