The GOAT of basketball Michael Jordan stays one step ahead of his opponents and competitors by signing Kiki Rice of UCLA to an NIL (Name, Image, Likeness) deal.
Expect the UCLA freshman star recruit and Jordan’s first NIL signee to drip Jumpman all season, as will her teammates – each player received a pair of Jordan Brand sneakers after Rice’s announcement to the team.
This deal is not only historic; it also supports Beyonce’s conclusion that “Girls Run The World.” The most sought-after high school recruit was joined by Jumpman ambassador and NBA superstar Zion Williamson at UCLA’s football game against Stanford on Saturday night, where a special Jordan-approved message was shown on the Jumbotron.
Kiki joins Jordan Brand athletes Chris Paul, Russell Westbrook, Jayson Tatum, and Luka Doncic. She also received a message from New York’s finest in Carmelo Anthony shortly after signing the contract proving that everyone indeed, loves “Kiki.”
The talented freshman is expected to make her collegiate debut against Cal Poly on Monday, November 7th at Pauley Pavilion.
