LOS ANGELES – Dwight Howard is confident that his second stint with the Los Angeles Lakers will be a successful one. With a different mind state and still some talent left in the tank to help elevate this team to the next level with hope of lifting up number 17.
The latest investment that Howard made besides working out getting his body in the right, is his Royce Royce that was inspired by The Avengers villain Thanos.
Howard showcased his new car on an episode of “In Depth with Graham Bensinger” on tour of his mansion.
“I got this purple car because of Thanos,” Howard told Bensinger. “He’s from ‘Avengers’ and he’s my favorite character. He was able to understand that in order for him to complete his mission, he had to get rid of his emotions, and that’s the hardest thing that we all face.”
Howard has been a journeyman the past three seasons with the Atlanta Hawks, Charlotte Hornets and Washington Wizards. He recently signed a one-year, $2.5 million non guaranteed deal with the Lakers. He was waived in July by the Memphis Grizzlies.
