LOS ANGELES — Last weekend Congresswoman Maxine Waters saw a young Black motorist being pulled over by the Los Angeles County Sheriff deputies.
With the rise in police shootings and killings of unarmed motorist, Waters pulled over to the side of the road to make sure the driver was being treated fairly.
It’s always great to see our political figures look out for citizens especially in times like these. Waters is set to face Joe Collins for the Congressional seat of the 43rd District of California this November.
