PASADENA, CA – The Ohio State Buckeyes proved to outlast the Washington Huskies in the Rose Bowl game 28-23 on a cold Tuesday night at the historic stadium.
This would be Buckeyes head coach Urban Meyer’s last game as he headed out a winner. Meyer will take some time off and relax from his hectic coaching schedule.
The Buckeyes had one goal in mind besides winning their bowl game, “that we are the best team in the country,” quarterback Dwayne Haskins said.
The Washington Huskies will regroup coming off an incredible season in the Pac-12 this past season.
