LOS ANGELES — Tuesday night the Los Angeles Sparks watched a 30+ point lead dwindle to seven points late in the fourth quarter against the Minnesota Lynx. Los Angeles prevailed with a 81-71 win over the Lynx at Staples Center.
The Sparks were bailed out by a crucial three pointer by Candace Parker and baskets by Chelsea Gray. Parker finished with 20 points and 10 rebounds, and Gray added 17 points in the win.
Lynx guard Lexie Brown finished with 20 points in the loss.
The Sparks face the Indiana Fever on Thursday at 7:30PM PT at Staples Center.
