LOS ANGELES – Paul George dropped 37 points in just twenty minutes as the Los Angeles Clippers administer a beatdown of epic proportion, in a 150-101 win on Saturday night at Staples Center over the Atlanta Hawks. Beyond the tempo of the offense flowing faster when George was on the floor, his 70 points scored are the most by any Clipper in their first two games.
Their were six Clippers in double figures that include Jerome Robinson who finished with 21 points and Lou Williams added 25 points in the win.
Hawks guard Trae Young finished with 20 points in the loss.
The Clippers host the OKC Thunder on Monday night at Staples Center at 7:30PM PT.
