COSTA MESA, CA — The Los Angeles Chargers had their own version of Monday night football as they practiced under the lights at Jack Hammett Sports Complex.
The practice wasn’t the only bright time for the Bolts, as quarterback Philip Rivers granted a young man named Henry an opportunity to see his favorite team in person. Rivers also gave Henry tickets to the Chargers upcoming pre-season home game on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.
Henry was also given an autographed jersey, and his face continued to light up, when he found out his favorite Charger Dan Fouts (who also broadcast games for CBS), would be able to meet him in the broadcast booth on Sunday.
