TAMPA, FL — After witnessing some incredible catches when he was on the field this season, rookie wide receiver Van Jefferson caught a 7-yard pass from quarterback Jared Goff in the second quarter for his first career touchdown.
“He’s a hell of a route runner,” Rams quarterback Jared Goff said of Jefferson. “He’s a really good player. I told him congratulations after he got the touchdown. Hopefully we can get him more involved.”
Jefferson caught his first career catch against the Dallas Cowboys in week one of the season.
