Shanola Hampton and Mark-Paul Gosselaar Return For Season 2 of NBC’s Found

LOS ANGELES — The excitement for NBC’s fall lineup just reached new heights with the release of the official teaser trailer for Found Season 2. Gabi Mosely (Shanola Hampton) is back to tackle new hurdles, made all the more intense by Sir’s (Mark-Paul Gosselaar) recent escape, adding a new layer of depth to the unfolding drama.

The NBC released trailer shows Sir roaming free, threatening, and stalking the team. He abducted Lacey as well.

Season 2 received a 22-episode order, which Hampton said works well for the continuing storyline. While Found Season 1, Episode 13 was a major cliffhanger with Sir escaping and hiding under Lacey’s house. Episode 1 in Season 2 will pick up where Season 1 left off, as Gabi deals with the disturbing reality that Sir is an extremely dangerous threat who’s return amongst the real world.

In addition to the team still searching for missing persons, Gabi will have to repair relationships with her closest friends to after sharing a huge secret at the end of Season 1.

Season 2 of Found premieres Thursday, October 3 at 10/9c on NBC. The Found cast also includes Kelli Williams, Gabrielle Walsh, Arlen Escarpeta, Karan Oberoi, and Brett Dalton.

Created by showrunner Nkechi Okoro Carroll (All American, All American: Homecoming) , the series is produced by Berlanti Productions and Rock My Soul Productions in association with Warner Bros.
