INGLEWOOD, CA — With the NFL awarding Super Bowl LVI in 2022 at SoFi Stadium when it comes to a halftime show in Los Angeles on the world’s biggest stage, there is no bigger name to boost eyeballs than Snoop Dogg.
“Hopefully the NFL will be smart and make the right decision. It’s in Inglewood, California, and it will make the most sense in the world,” Snoop told Yahoo Entertainment. “I am available, Dre’s available, Eminem’s available, Kendrick Lamar, 50 Cent — whoever Dr. Dre wants to pull out of his hat to make this thing a professional event and make it big and the biggest effort they can have.
“It’s just a matter of the NFL pulling the trigger. I would not just walk out. I would definitely do something that would be mind-blowing, you know what I’m saying? People will be talking about it for the next 30 years.”
This would be the most epic halftime show the NFL has produced in a long time, Roc Nation and the NFL hopefully get on board with Snoop’s plan. The other question is who else would join that potential iconic lineup? Could it be Ice Cube, and the rest of Mount Westmore tha includes Too $hort and E-40?
We’ll find out in the coming months leading up to Super Bowl LVI in Feb 2022.
