LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles Clippers unveiled their latest edition to the team in Paul George and Kawhi Leonard on a warm Wednesday afternoon at the Green Meadows gym in South Los Angeles. Leonard and George were joined by head coach Doc Rivers, President of Basketball Operations Lawrence Frank and Chairman Steve Ballmer on stage in front of two rows of kids in a summer program and over 200 credentialed members of the media.
In a classy move both Leonard and George thanked their previous teams for their experiences and expressed how excited they both were to begin another chapter with the Clippers and being back in their hometowns.
A mural was unveiled at the Green Meadows Recreation Center in Los Angeles for both Leonard and George outside.
