WOODLAND HILLS, CA – The Kroenke Organization has unveiled its plans to develop its 52-acre parcel in Warner Center, in the San Fernando Valley, known as Rams Village at Warner Center. This project, which will become the permanent home and training site for the Los Angeles Rams, is part of the close to 100 acres that the Kroenke Organization purchased in 2022.

As we begin our tenth season back in Los Angeles, we look forward to continuing to help shape the future of this great city,” Stan Kroenke, Owner and Chairman of the Los Angeles Rams, said. “Rams Village at Warner Center will further transform Woodland Hills by creating a vibrant community gathering space with publicly accessible open spaces, entertainment venues, retail village, and residential offerings. This is a phenomenal opportunity to build a vibrant destination district and establish the Rams’ headquarters for generations to come — this time in the City of Los Angeles — and we look forward to partnering with the City to make that vision a reality.

The planned mixed-use neighborhood, designed by Gensler, will include residential, retail, and office space, a hotel, indoor entertainment venues, and extensive parks and open space. The 52 acres span two blocks, flanked by Erwin Street to the north, Canoga Avenue to the east, Oxnard Street to the south, and Topanga Canyon Boulevard to the west. Design elements will weave the new neighborhood into surrounding areas, including Topanga Village — a 600,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center acquired by the Kroenke Organization in 2022.

This proposed project represents an opportunity that will be transformational — introducing new jobs, new housing and a first-in-the-nation, major entertainment venue to the San Fernando Valley. We’re excited to partner with Stan Kroenke, the Kroenke Organization, and the Los Angeles Rams to bring new energy and excitement to the community as this development is realized,” Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass said.

The Rams headquarters and training facility is in the center of Rams Village, with 350,000-plus square feet of state-of-the-art facilities. The fields will consist of two full-size grass fields, and there is a plan for a 150,000-square-foot indoor practice field to host up to 2,500 guests. The site now houses the temporary Rams practice facility, which opened in August 2024.

Two proposed indoor performance venues, seating 5,000 and 2,500, respectively, and situated next to the headquarters, would also be perfect for concerts and awards shows in the San Fernando Valley.

The remaining over three million square feet of the development will support a range of residential concepts , including high-rise and mid-rise, as well as live work. The plan also includes almost two million square feet for retail, offices, a hotel , and indoor performance space.
When finished, Rams Village will include over four acres of Publicly Accessible Open Space (PAOS) consistent with the Warner Center 2035 Plan. In addition to the required space, the community will have an additional 5.5 acres of public areas.

The development will emphasize sustainability features, including solar energy generation, stormwater retention and reuse, and LEED-certified equivalency on all sites.

The approval of this plan is a great day for our community, and I look forward to working hand in glove as we take this next big step to make the Rams Village at Warner Center a reality,” Councilmember Bob Blumenfield said in a statement. “The Rams have been phenomenal neighbors, and I appreciate Stan Kroenke and the Kroenke Organization constantly making record investments in the West Valley and beyond.

The jobs and economic development that a project of this magnitude will generate are game-changers, and I look forward to continuing our progress in this transformative destination.”

Mosaic Warner Center will be in accordance with the Warner Center 2035 Plan, which is known for its cutting-edge planning strategies achieved through extensive community collaboration. The applications will be formally submitted to the City of Los Angeles in the coming months.

The global architecture firm Gensler is leading the design, and they were excited about the project.

No project is more exciting for Gensler than Rams Village at Warner Center because it combines our experience designing sports training facilities with dynamic mixed-use neighborhoods,” Gensler Design Principal Eric Stultz said. “Gensler is proud to collaborate with Stan Kroenke to deliver this one-of-a-kind sports and entertainment-focused district within the local community in Woodland Hills, the San Fernando Valley and beyond.”

Since the Rams returned to Los Angeles in 2016, the organization has made a significant commitment to the community. It has represented Woodland Hills and the West Valley with over 5,000 hours of service and nearly 13,000 students served through educational opportunities.

Rams Village at Warner Center adds to a growing portfolio for the Kroenke Organization that has developed over decades.
