On this week’s episode of The Outlet Forum, Chaez Pearson and Chris Camello discussed a few topics. The guys began talking about Robert Sarver, the owner of the Phoenix Suns, and the fact that the NBA found Sarver guilty of discriminatory actions.
He was fined and suspended for one year. Camello and Pearson both expressed their disdain for how easy he got off with this mild suspension. It doesn’t make sense to suspend him for only one year, and Pearson thinks the league really dropped the ball and Sarver should be out of the league.
The Las Vegas Aces are a win away from winning the WNBA championship. Two-time MVP A’ja Wilson, Chelsea Gray, and Kelsey Plum have been dominating and setting the tone in this series. Wilson was asked who her GOAT (Greatest Of All-Time) is and she said, because it’s so hard to pick between Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and LeBron James, she took all three.
Onto very sad news, Rapper PnB Rock was murdered in Los Angeles at a Roscoe’s Chicken ‘N Waffles. It’s happening too often, people being murdered at such a high rate. The guys then recapped the recent episode of Legacy: The True Story of the Lakers and the new era of the Lakers with Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal. The episode ends with the guys talking about “The Reedem Team” documentary coming to Netflix.
