On this week’s episode of The Outlet Forum, Chaez Pearson and Chris Camello discussed a few topics ranging from the Lakers fourth quarter collapse against the Indiana Pacers and if “Dub Nation” should worry about their Golden State Warriors. The guys started off by talking about the absolutely ridiculous end to the Lakers vs Pacers game on Monday night. The Lakers gave up a 17 point lead in the stunning loss.

Camello hilariously said rookie Andrew Nembhard of the Indiana Pacers who made the game winning 3 pointer, is such a random player, his family probably doesn’t even know he’s in the NBA. The Lakers need to immensely improve with their second half play. Will the Lakers make a trade sooner rather than later? Pearson thinks the Lakers need to be better than .500 in the month of December and close to January is where a trade could happen. Camello also sees the team probably making a trade in the month of January. Have we entered a timeline in which the Boston Celtics are actually the best team in the league? They have the best record in the league so far. Pearson asks if the team will still be the best in June. Camello says the team is hungry and ready.

The Brooklyn Nets, while they do still have their flaws, seem to be hitting a nice stride. They’re playing much better. Kevin Durant has been dominating and shouldering the load for the team. Ben Simmons has also been starting to play much better. The guys talked about the defending champion Golden State Warriors who have been having a lackluster season so far.

They’ve strung together a few nice games as of late, but as a whole, it’s been a rough start. Klay Thompson has been improving after having a brutal start, to the point where it seemed like teams were starting to disrespect him. Camello thinks they need to work on their defense and need a boost off their bench. Pearson gave the Oklahoma City Thunder’s young guys some love. The guys ended the show with a small roundup on things going on around the NBA.
