Stay MACRO Events Continue To Represent For People Of Color At Sundance

PARK CITY, UT — The return of the Sundance Film Festival is one of the year’s most anticipated events, and it would only be complete with the most spectacular list of events to help kick off the opening weekend at the world-famous Stay MACRO Lounge in the heart of the city. The annual showcase of exclusive panels and parties at the film festival to empower Black and other people of color creatives is an eventful three days hosted by MACRO Founder, CEO, and Producer Charles D. King along with his wife and Chief Brand Officer Stacey King.

There will be panels, networking opportunities along with appearance from some of the hottest names in the entertainment world that include, David Alan Grier (American Society of Magical Negroes), Demario Driver, Too $hort, Dominique Thorne, Jack Champion, Jay Ellis (Freaky Tales), Ji-Young Yoo, Keir Gilchrist, Michelle Farrah Huang, Normani, director/writer/producers Anna Boden, Carlos Lopez Estrada, Dawn Porter, Kobi Libii, producers Datari Turner, Debby Wolfe, Debra Martin Chase, Leah Smith, Nkechi Okoro Carroll (All American, All American Homecoming), and more.

One of the hottest exclusive events during January 19-21 is the Midnight MACRO event, an invite-only late-night party that kicks off Friday night. A list of who will be in attendance, and you never know who the surprise guest will be to make an appearance at the event. Last year’s bash was incredible, with great drinks, music, and flowing conversation, and this year’s bash will take it to another level.

Attendance is available daily on a first-come, first-served basis until lodge is at capacity.

Friday January 19
